Our first time in pvr , what a nice property, great location, Sebastian is awesome and so nice and accommodating, we really enjoyed our stay at casa Victoria, the decor , the pool, the plants , great value give them a try.
We stayed a week in this hotel, and it was just amazing. 1st the location, central in Puerto Vallarta, perfect to visit the whole region. The property is a nice boutique hotel/guesthouse with a nice pool to take a dip after a long day of exploring the different spots around. Bedroom is very spacious, well decorated and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Cherry on the cake, it’s very quiet, even if you have lots a traffic or busy night outside. Sebastian, the property manager is just amazing, always happy to help and make sure your stay is perfect. We highly recommend this place.
We had such a wonderful stay here! The building itself is so charming, with a really cool family history that makes it feel special. Our host, Sebastian, was amazing! He is really kind, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was very clean and the building is well maintained. We loved the location and would love to come back again on our next trip!
We had a magical stay with family at Casa Victoria. Sebastian was a wonderful host and gave us a tour of the guesthouse, sharing stories about its history and design. We stayed in two rooms that shared a gorgeous mango tree and had breakfast on the beautiful terrace every morning. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cool, spacious, and luxurious. We hope to return again soon!
My husband and I stayed here over Xmas last year and happened to get engaged on that trip. We loved the history of the house and were so charmed by the accommodations. We fell so in love with casa Victoria during that trip that we asked if we could have our wedding there a few months later in June. Now, after both experiences, I can say with absolute certainty that we could have not had a more perfect stay and experience at Casa Victoria. Sebastian (who runs the casa) is just a fabulous guy - he’s so accommodating, understanding, generous, and really made the whole thing possible. It was their first time having a full rent out / wedding there and they made it so special. I don’t think it could have more perfect. All of the staff at the casa are kind and patient and we even got to meet Victoria herself - Sebastian’s mother who he named the casa after. This is a family run business that is really so special. I hope you get the chance to experience how special it is. Thank you Sebastian and team for the perfect experience.
I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Vitoria. The room was lovely and the communication with the staff very easy. You do hear some noise from the street at night - on the other hand you have to consider that you‘re at a prime location just one block from the malecón. Walking to Zona Romantica is about 15 minutes along the beach. I would happily stay here again!
We had a very comfortable stay here. Our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed—ours happened to be a four-poster, though not every room has one. There’s a fridge, coffee-making facilities, a smart TV, efficient air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was spotless and finished to a high standard. Our only drawback was the location of our room next to the main road. At night you can hear some street noise and music from nearby clubs, as well as the sound of cars on the cobbled street, but the windows do a good job of reducing it. The property operates more like an Airbnb: there’s no permanent reception staff. Check-in is via a key lock box, cleaners come daily, to service rooms that have checked out , and any communication is handled quickly through WhatsApp. The small pool is perfect for cooling off, though not for serious swimming. The hotel is just a block from the boardwalk with its restaurants, clubs, shops, and a couple of sandy beach areas. Overall, it felt quite luxurious and I would happily stay here again.
Sebastian is THE MAN!! He was kind enough to let my wife and I have our wedding at this beautiful place. He made everything very convenient and special for us. If you go to PV you should absolutely grab a room here. Great location, great service.
